You supply original or licensed program material with a maximum length of 74 minutes.

The manufacturing process starts with the creation of a glass master from your finished audio or data master copy.
During the replication program on the master is embedded in the copies.
After use the glass master is recycled to make a new glass master.

PRINTING
Printed material for the insert and tray card, cardboard sleeve or other custom packaging can be printed in black and white or full colour on one or both sides.

GRAPHICS
You can supply your own graphic files, or you can use our in-house graphic design services to create the look you want.
In every case we will check the audio and the graphics to ensure that each one achieves the optimal result.
You can request a copy of the final artwork for approval before printing begins and proofs are available if needed.

You can also choose from a wide range of insert and booklet styles and/or a tray card.

Web-Ready versions of all artwork are available upon request, free of charge :)

PACKAGING
We can provide a variety of jewel cases (regular, clear, slim, double, etc.), cardboard sleeves (with flap, without flap, with extra panel, etc.), DigiPaks, paper and vinyl sleeves. Anything is possible as long as you have time on your side.

SHAPED CDs
Custom shapes are available. When planning the making of a custom shaped CD, it is important to know how much data or audio you need to fit on the disc itself. Shaped CDs do not have the same content capacity as regular size CDs. Most shaped CDs are mini rounds or business card style CDs (arena shaped). We can produce a multitude of shapes in a variety of sizes.

EXTRA TIPS

• Use name brand, professional grade media for your master (ie - Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, or Green Tune) to avoid any errors that might make your master unusable
• Check your master before you submit it to us and verify that it is EXACTLY how you want it.
  If you are not happy with your master, we would be happy to help.

• Accurate Audio requires a %50 deposit on all orders
