WE PRESS STUFF
CD MANUFACTURING
Minimum orders of 100 units
100-299 units are CDRs
300+ units are CDs
Regular turn around is 10 business days. Call for up-to-date turntime
You supply a production master of original or licensed material.
100-299 units are duplicated on CDRs.
300 + units are replicated CDs, using a glass master.
After use, the glass master is recycled to make a new glass master.
** We have 5% +/- on all CD orders to reduce waste, so the final billable amount will reflect the exact number of units completed.
CD PRINTING AND PACKAGING
We print directly on the discs using either full colour digital for CDRs and full colour offset or screen-printing methods for CDs.
Packaging options include; DigiPaks, Cardboard sleeves, Jewel Cases, and more.
When you use jewel cases, or want to include an insert with your packaging, you can choose a 1-3 panel insert or booklets of 8, 16, 20, 24, 28, or 32pgs.
CD ARTWORK FILES
You can supply your own artwork files, or you can use our in-house design services to help.

RECYCLED MATERIAL
Our standard stocks contain 30% recycled material (15 pt). Or, for the same price we offer 100% PCW eco board (12pt.) But, the 100% PCW has more imperfections and is uncoated!

Check your master before you submit it to us and verify that it is EXACTLY how you want it.

12" Vinyl Package
Includes Lacquers, Stampers, 12" 140g standard Black Vinyl, colour centre labels on front and back, plain white paper dust sleeves (with cutouts), and full colour record jackets with spine;
assembled and shrink-wrapped.

Accurate Audio and Design also offers web design, web updates to existing sites and full Search Engine Optimization for $100 per hour.
We would be happy to provide you with a quote on a new website.
With the design of a new website, we also include free updates for 3 months with all web-ready content.
('Web-Ready' means any information that is ready to be cut and paste directly onto the website without having to make any alterations)
Prices do not include the cost of the host/server.

1" BUTTONS
Buttons are one of the most widely used promotional tools out there.
At Accurate Audio and Design, we offer 1” buttons, made from the highest quality materials with no set-up costs or hidden charges, so order some today.
Turn around is typically 5 days, depending on the size of the order.
Please keep in mind that the buttons are round; so design your artwork for a circle. Orders can split up into 2 or 3 designs when ordering a minimum of 300.

BUSINESS CARDS | POSTCARDS
Our Business Cards and Postcards are printed on 16pt double-sided card stock in full colour (4/4).
Rounded corners are also available on Business Cards.

GUITAR PICKS
Accurate Audio and Design also offers custom printed guitar picks.
These high quality picks are made of Delrin, which have a matte finish for better grip.
Available gauges: Red .50mm, Orange .60mm, Yellow .73mm, Green .88mm, Blue 1.0mm, Purple 1.14mm, Black 1.50mm and Black 2.0mm
The colors of these picks cannot be changed, however you can order any gauge in black.
Ink Colors available: Black, White, Red, Blue, Gold and Silver.
Recommendations: Blue ink will not work on black picks.
Silver ink does not work well on white picks.
If your art is a solid image or is very detailed, example: a large solid circle or smaller text under an image, we recommend only black ink.
For your 100% satisfaction, we ask that you adhere to our ink recommendations.
Turnaround Time: Is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of payment and valid artwork.
